We will stop using concept of dislocation on the roads; a zone of responsibility covering mahallas will be defined for all traffic police officers

It was noted at the meeting that at least twice a year a public survey will be conducted on the principle of "Road safety is under public control".
Now concept of dislocation on the roads will not be used anymore instead a zone of responsibility covering mahallas will be defined for all traffic police officers.
In order to create a map of the most dangerous roads and intersections, and to regulate them it was ordered to provide:
• quantity of necessary traffic lights or the length of roadblocks;
• necessary areas to build above-ground and underground pedestrian walkways;
• accurate calculations of funds needed to repair "holes" and "bumpers" on the roads which pose a serious threat to traffic safety;
Officials and governors of all regions were instructed to hire consultants and start a project to impose order on the most dangerous roads and intersections within a month period.
