A Presidential Decree titled “On Measures to Improve the System for Assigning and Paying State Social Insurance Benefits” (No. PF - 206, dated 3 November 2025) has been adopted.  This was reported by the Telegram channel “Huquqiy axborot”. 

In line with the Presidential Resolution aimed at promoting football in Uzbekistan, a ‘Legionnaires’ Club’ will be established under the Uzbekistan Football Association.

The government has approved a new resolution (No. 439, dated July 14, 2025) endorsing the Regulation on Early Development Centers, according to the telegram channel “Huquqiy axborot”.

Applicants are also required to deposit 350,000 USD into a commercial bank account as a financial reserve to ensure the institution’s financial sustainability.

The decree mandates the establishment of a National Energy Efficiency Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers.

A government resolution, “On the approval of certain regulatory legal documents regarding the placement forms of orphans and children deprived of parental care” has been adopted.

As a result, measures for safeguarding the fauna and flora will be reinforced.

On October 31, during his visit to Navoi region, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree to establish Navoi State University (NSU), based on the existing Navoi State Pedagogical Institute.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a Decree "On awarding a group of state and public figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
