The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a Decree "On awarding a group of state and public figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

“For their personal contributions to elevating mutual respect, trust, good-neighborliness, and strategic partnership between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan to a new level; enriching political, socio-economic, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation with practical initiatives; expanding and comprehensively developing ties in priority areas; actively promoting joint projects; and for their outstanding services in further strengthening the centuries-old friendship between the peoples of our countries, the following individuals are to be awarded the "Dostlik" (Friendship) Order of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
Karin Erlan Tynymbayuly — State Counsellor of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Zheldibay Ruslan Sultanuly — Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Internal Policy and Communications
Jumangarin Serik Makanovich — Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Balaeva Aida Galimovna — Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Atamkulov Beibut Bakirovich — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan
Khashimzhanov Ikram Akramovich — Chairman of the Association of Uzbek Ethnocultural Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
