The President noted that our priority is to increase the strength of our Armed Forces in the current dangerous times
For this purpose, greater attention will be paid to strengthen the power of our national army, combat readiness of our soldiers and officers, enhance physical and moral training of soldiers and officers.
Additional measures will be taken to support military servicemen and veterans, their family members, to improve their material support, to provide them with housing, and to ensure that their children will acquire modern knowledge and skills.
"We will consistently continue our efforts for carefully considered foreign policy and economic diplomacy.
First of all, our main goal will be to further strengthen close friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership relations with the countries of our region. We pay special attention to expand mutually beneficial and multilateral relations with far and near countries around the world.
We will provide all possible assistance to the Afghan people to reestablish calm and peaceful life in Afghanistan. We are interested in implementing major transport - communication projects together with this country.
"We will raise multilateral relations with the United Nations and its specialised structures, the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the Organisation of Turkic States, the Economic Cooperation Organisation and other international regional organisations and financial institutions to a new level," Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
