Date for Parliamentary elections announced

Uzbekistan ranked 120th out of 146 countries in the crime and safety indexes.

The law applies to state bodies and local government authorities, state institutions, state unitary enterprises, state trust funds, and joint-stock companies with a state share of 50 percent or more in the charter capital. 

The Presidential Decree  "On improving the admission system to higher education institutions and placing state orders" was adopted.

Under the President of Uzbekistan's directive, another humanitarian convoy carrying 169.4 tons of essential food supplies for the Afghan people was delivered to the Balkh province of the neighboring country through the Hairatan border crossing point.

President Shavkat Mirziyoev made this proposal at the extraordinary session of Tashkent city Council of People’s Deputies. 

The investigation into the case uncovered that the individual who previously served as the Khokim of Gulistan district from 2018 to 2021 was also linked to this illegal transaction.

The Tashkent City Court held the final court hearing in the "Dok-1 Max" case. In this case, 23 individuals working in the pharmaceutical industry answered the court.
