The first deputy mayor of Tashkent region and the heads of Kibray and Yangiyul districts have been dismissed from their posts

There is downward shift in exports of Tashkent region compared to last year, particularly Yangiyul district, Bekobad and Chirchik cities in textile production, Zangiota and Yukorichirchik in electrical engineering products, and Almalyk in production of building materials.
Over the past three years, the volume of industry in the region has increased by 19 per cent and reached 94 trillion soums. But during this period, industrial output in Bekobad district decreased by 3.6 per cent and in Parkent district increased by only 2.6 per cent.
In the past three years, Zangiota's share in the regional industry has decreased from 8.3 percent to 3.5 percent, while Angren's has fallen from 7.5 per cent to 4.8 per cent.
Although the volume of services in the region increased by 7.3 per cent in six months of this year, this indicator does not even reach 1 per cent in Kibray and Yangiyul districts.
Out of 114 high-rise buildings planned for construction this year, only 9 have been put into use.
For allowing following shortcomings in the work and failing to organise things properly:
- the first deputy mayor of Tashkent region Fayziev M., the head of Kibray district Mirkosimov M., and the head of Yangiyul district Yalgashev U., together with heads of 4 sectors have been dismissed from their posts;
- the deputy mayor of region in charge of industry and investments Sharipov N. and the deputy mayor of the region in charge of construction Mahmudov Sh. have been reprimanded.
