At the same time, I feel in my heart that today I am shouldering a glorious responsibility for the independence of our Motherland, the peace and well-being of more than 36 million people of Uzbekistan.
I bow with filial love and loyalty to our multinational, courageous and wise people for high trust, respect and attention," the President said.
