President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the construction site of the commercial, industrial and service complex in Samarkand district. It occupies territory of 37 hectares. Seven projects with a total value of 2 trillion 79 billion soums are being implemented here. 

The first project, automotive spare parts market, will be launched soon. Three thousand jobs will be created in the shops of the market with a total area of 11 hectares.

Currently, the construction of gas blocks, a foam plastic, lime and sealant production enterprises is in full swing. They will start operating later this year. Moreover, it is planned to open a Koksaroy Automall - shopping and entertainment center, the glass processing enterprise, together with plastic and aluminum frame producing company.

In total, these projects will provide permanent employment for ten thousand people.

The head of our state emphasised the importance of job creation and stressed the significance of accelerating projects, expanding local production and providing employment for unemployed population.
