Kashkadarya Puppet Theater earns recognition at a festival in Germany

Jahongir BOYMURADOV from “Xalq sozi”. The creative team of the Kashkadarya Regional Puppet Theater has recently returned from the international festival of children's and youth theaters themed "Children's Theater and Climate Days," held in Berlin.
At the festival, which was held for the eighth time this year, performances aimed at children and related to environmental protection and climate change were presented, alongside master classes. The Kashkadarya artists participated with their play titled "Hello, My Shadow."
"We were invited to the festival as representatives of a guest country," said Elbek Eshmurodov, director of the Kashkadarya Regional Puppet Theater. "There, we performed the play "Hello, My Shadow", staged by Nurkhan Uslu based on a work by Ali Dugan. The audience warmly welcomed our performance. It was also highly recognized by international experts."
During the festival, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Germany's "Theater 28", a theater for children and teenagers, and the Kashkadarya Regional Puppet Theater.
