Justifying such hope and trust, strengthening our achievements with new results should not be our only task; rather it must be our human duty. 
We evaluate leaders at all levels based on the concrete results of their activities, not by nice, lofty words.

We will bid farewell to any leader who disrespects the laws and people, treats them rudely, and is exposed to the scourge of bureaucracy and corruption - whether he is a minister or governor, or any other official body who damages the reputation of the state by his negative actions.

We will replace them with educated young men and women who live a life of caring for the Motherland and the nation.
