“Oltin Kuz” II International Chamber and Symphony Music Festival to be held in Tashkent
The Uzbekistan State Philharmonic will host the “Oltin Kuz” (Golden Autumn) II International Chamber and Symphony Music Festival in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
First organized in 2023, the festival is being held for the second time this year and will run until 11 November, featuring performances at the Turkiston Palace of Arts and other concert venues across Tashkent.
Professional musicians, creative ensembles, and distinguished guests from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Germany, and other countries are expected to participate.
The program will also include performances by the Uzbekistan National Symphony Orchestra, the Turkiston Chamber Orchestra, and the Soloists of Uzbekistan Chamber Ensemble, who will present a series of concerts for local audiences.
As part of the festival, master classes will be held at educational institutions under the Ministry of Culture, with the participation of internationally recognized experts and solo performers.
The main goal of the “Oltin Kuz” (Golden Autumn) International Chamber and Symphony Music Festival is to promote the development of classical music in Uzbekistan, strengthen friendly ties among leading orchestras and performers, and encourage the exchange of creative experience.
