Youth Entrepreneurship Development Fund to be Established

A Presidential decree, “On measures to improve the system of supporting business projects aimed at developing youth entrepreneurship and ensuring their employment” has been adopted.
Following the presidential decree, a new State Targeted Fund for Youth Entrepreneurship Development is set to be established under the Youth Affairs Agency.
The fund, built upon the existing Youth Entrepreneurship Support Fund, will receive financial resources totaling 100 million USD. Its primary goal is to support at least 50,000 young people, helping them secure employment and launch their own businesses.
As part of the initiative, designated land plots along rivers, canals, and shorelines will be made available for business projects in the service, entertainment, and tourism sectors. These plots will be allocated through electronic online auctions.
A venture fund with a charter capital of 10 million USD will be created under the Youth Entrepreneurship Development Fund. It will be financed through allocations from the Youth Affairs Agency and will support promising startup projects by young entrepreneurs.
