Tashkent to hold “Green City” Day

On November 9, "Green City" Day will be held in our capital. In connection with this, the city administration has invited all organizations, enterprises, and active citizens to join the tree-planting initiative.
“You are welcome to plant trees in any location of your choice—be it in your yard, on your business premises, or in other locations approved by the municipality.
Considering the capital's climate and seasonal characteristics, specialists recommend planting saplings older than two years instead of cuttings for better rooting and growth. They also advise selecting locations with existing irrigation systems to maintain a unified ecosystem," the report states.
