A single emergency number "112" and unified dispatch service system to be introduced in Uzbekistan

The Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the Ministry of Digital Technologies were instructed to start the information system "Social situation" by digitizing social and criminal problems in each region-district-mahalla within two months. Press secretary of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sherzod Asadov informed about this.
In this case, a single registry of social problems causing dissatisfaction of the population will be created, and forces of responsible services will be targeted to solve the problem.
From now on, regional and district heads of internal affairs will report about crime situation at least once a month to district and city councils.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry Digital Technologies are in charge of launching a single emergency number "112" and a unified dispatch service system to serve promptly all calls to the emergency and urgent services of the population.
This system should be launched in Tashkent from January 1, 2024, in Fergana Valley regions by July 1 next year, and by the end of next year in all districts and cities of the country.
The dispatch units will also be fundamentally revised in this regard.
