Uzbek citizens attempting to enter the USA territory via the U.S. – Mexico Border to be deported from now on

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has informed the Department of State that citizens of Uzbekistan who illegally enter the territory of the United States via the U.S. – Mexico Border will not be released into the country and will instead be detained until the resolution of their immigration case. This is reported on the official website of the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan.
The United States Government is collaborating closely with the Uzbek Government on the issue of deporting citizens of Uzbekistan who have no legal basis to remain in the United States. Expulsion from the country is being conducted via a combination of commercial airline deportations and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) contracted charter missions.
Illegal migration via the U.S. – Mexico Border to the United States is perilous and expensive. The DHS strongly advises avoiding the false promises of smugglers and using safe and legal means to travel to the United States.
Those who cross the U.S. border unlawfully will now be barred from legal re-entry for a minimum of five years. Family members found assisting individuals in illegal migration may be deemed permanently ineligible for a visa as well.
While the United States works with foreign partners to advance secure, orderly, and humane migration processes, it will swiftly remove all irregular entrants and non-citizens who do not have a lawful basis to remain in the United States under the authority of immigration law (Title 8).
