Ulugbek Rashitov wins gold at Tokyo 2020
Uzbek athlete Ulugbek Rashitov defeated Britain's Bradly Sinden to win the men's taekwondo 68kg category gold medal with the score 34-29. Rashitov became the first athlete in the history of Uzbekistan, who won the Olympic Games in the taekwondo tournament. At the Olympic Games, Ulugbek Rashitov defeated taekwondo players Sedu Fufana (Mali), Li Dae Hun (South Korea), Mirkhashem Hosseini (Iran), Nedzad Husich (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Bradley Sinden (UK) to become the champion.
