At the meeting in Ferghana with the participation of the President, it was shown that the leasing agricultural land to farmers was done apathetically.

Particularly, 1 thousand 157 hectares of arable land is repeatedly put in the selection list without considering far distance from residential areas and difficulty in water supply. 

The cost of growing crops in the region is 220,000 soums per hectare of land, which is 1.5 times higher than the national average.

Moreover, according to survey results, 32 percent of the landowners were not provided with any assistance by the district administration.

It was noted that the measures taken by the executives to manage inflation and ensure price stability in the markets are also unsatisfactory.

Therefore, the first deputy of Fergana region governer A. Urinboev, the head of the regional tax department A. Tillavoldiev, the mayor of Rishton district S. Soliev, the mayor of Margilan A. Ziyavitdinov and the head of city tax office T. Khusanov were dismissed for improper organization of work in the territory. 

Also, construction and investment deputy of governors, heads of Baghdad, Kuva and Buvaida districts were reprimanded.

The mayor of Fergana and sector heads were given trial period of 3 months.
