As previously reported, on March 9-10, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev paid a state visit to Tajikistan at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. 

Committees hearing on the third national periodic report, submitted in accordance with the resolution of the United Nations Human Rights Council, was held at the lower house of parliament.
