Chess Olympiad: Uzbekistan menʼs team wins bronze medals

The results of Uzbekistanʼs national teams at the Budapest 2024 Olympiad were announced.

According to the results, the Uzbekistan menʼs national team finished the Olympiad in an honorable 3rd place out of 189 teams.

In the individual board results: Nodirbek Abdusattorov took 2nd place and won the silver medal on board 1, while Shamsiddin Vokhidov took 1st place and won the gold medal on board 4.

The Uzbek womenʼs team finished 12th out of 170 teams.

In the individual board results, Nodira Nodirjanova earned 2nd place and the silver medal on board 5.
