New academic year start dates revealed in Uzbekistan
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation has set September 9 as the start of the 2024-2025 academic year for universities.
Classes will start on September 4 for academic lyceums and vocational schools. This also applies to second-year and higher courses in colleges and technical schools.
“Further details regarding the start of the 2024-2025 academic year for first-year students in colleges and technical schools will be provided later," the report stated.
